FAQs
Can I book 30 minutes?
Yes—book two back-to-back 15-minute slots as separate transactions.
Do I need an Expo ticket?
Expo admission is separate (handled by the event). Please plan accordingly.
What if I’m late?
To respect everyone’s time, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to another available opening during the Expo. If there are no available openings, you will need to reschedule a session after the show and this newly scheduled reading session will be done virtually, via Zoom or phone.
All sales are final. No refunds. Should you need to reschedule your reading (with 24 hours notice), your payment will be transferred to a re-scheduled session during the BMSE/VOL show, as long as there are available openings. Without at least 24 hours cancellation notice or a 'No Show' results in a forfeited payment.
